When San Diego-based communication agency Alternative Strategies grew tight on space, they decided to renovate rather than relocate. “The office started as a few rooms, and the newest renovation created a much larger space to match the growing agency,” says Samantha Halper, Media Relations Manager at the firm.

“The goal for our office was to create an environment that excites employees to come to work every day. Our office is very vibrant, with pops of color throughout. Orange and blue cover the walls, while fun trinkets are placed around the office to create a positive environment. In the entry way, there is even a grass wall.”

The space also includes “rooms” as well as large spaces that accompany various departments.
